Recreational Division
Recreational Division classes are open to teens and adults of any age who enjoy dance and wish to begin or continue their training in the following disciplines: ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, conditioning, silks and lyra. Classes are open enrollment. "Drop-ins" are not allowed in aerial classes for safety reasons. There is no required uniform for Recreational Division classes, but we do ask that you adhere to the dress code.

Ballet Basics
IN-STUDIO & VIRTUAL
TUESDAYS | 6:30 - 8:00 P.M.
Are you new to ballet? Do you just need a refresher? This is a great class to get back to the basics focusing on technique. A great way to move those muscles and meet new friends.
Students should have a basic understanding of ballet language and positions. Small class sizes provide individualized instruction in both virtual & in-studio training.
Available as barre-only (6:30-7:30 p.m.) or full-class (6:30-8:00 p.m.).
Beg/Int Adult Ballet

THURSDAYS | 7:00 - 8:30 P.M.
Ready to push your ballet technique? Students should have an understanding of ballet language and positions.
Small class sizes provide individualized instruction in both virtual & in-studio training.
Zoom will be used to bring virtual students into the classroom.
Int/Adv Adult Ballet

SATURDAYS | 10:15 - 11:45 A.M.
Ready to push your ballet technique? Join us on Saturdays Students should have an firm understanding of ballet language and positions. Class moves quickly.
NO student cohorts in this class unless participating virtually.
Yoga & Conditioning Classes

Follows a Vinyasa Flow with heavy emphasis on breathing, higher energetic vibrations, stretching, strengthening and inner confidence.
